Co-founders Rebecca and Natalia Evans transformed personal trauma—surviving rapid eviction, navigating inaccessible shelter spaces as disabled individuals, and fighting systemic cross-sector profiling with their seizure-alert service animals—into a structural blueprint for institutional change. We are not baseline theorists; we are survivors who understand the absolute urgency of systemic protection. Our history drives our target initiative to establish a 24/7 confidential Safe Haven for trafficking and domestic violence survivors, alongside dignified housing solutions that keep families and service animals fully integrated.
